  This paper contains the data and information that you should know and follow for a successful use of our anodising dyes. It applies to all dyes provided by us and our Conservation additive.

  This paper contains the data and information that you should know and follow for a successful application of our accessories chemicals. It applies to the following chemicals: Sealing solution, Sealing solution 90, Seal salt, Cleaning agent for aluminium, Foam additive
• TI-3 List of anodisable aluminium alloys
  This article contains a list of common aluminum alloys and details of their anodizing and dyeability. Based on these assessments can be done in advance for these materials and avoid potential problems by selecting suitable alloys.
• TI-4 Technical information anodising inks
  This report contains information and data for use of our anodising inks and a description of the possible printing methods, from silk screen to film exposure with masks.
• TI-5 Disposal of chemicals
  Each chemical bath one day gets consumed, decomposed, dirty, etc. A proper environmentally safe disposal is then not only desirable but also mandatory. In our TI-5 you will find simple, inexpensive and effective ways to dispose problematic substances.
• TI-6 Buffering the pH of dye baths
  To increase the life of our dye baths and to achieve optimal dying, monitoring of pH value and a corresponding chemical setting / buffering is recommended. In this document we explain, what has to be observed.
• TI-7 Hard anodising
  This technical note deals with the fundamentals of the generation of very strong anodized layers (50 microns and more) and the use of our Hart anodising additive (No. 0169).
• TI-8 Electrolytical polishing
  The technical note explains the principle of electrolytic polishing as a prerequisite for bright/glossy anodising and contains the instructions for successful use of our additive for electrolytic polishing / brightening (No. 0196, 0197, 0198).
