General

Minimum order value is EUR 15,00 (value of goods incl. VAT).
Of course you can order also via fax (+49-2651-498992), letter or by phone. For a simple way of ordering you can download our fax form here: Order forms.
We have all articles always on stock so we generally ship the day we get your order or payment if it is credited to our accounts before 14.00 (Monday to Thursday, on Friday there is no shipping!). Excluded are special designs according to customer requirements.
Small quantities (up to 1000g shipping weight) are usually sent as letter or large letter. If you wish an insured or express shipping - we can do this for you!
Goods with a value of more than 100€ (including German VAT) and goods for foreign countries are sent with tracking (registered letter/parcel).

Payment

Prepayment
You transfer the total amount (please note our reference number on the transfer) to our given account. As far as our experience goes online transfers arrive the next day, SEPA payments from the EU within three days.
PayPal
After confirmation log in to your PayPal account and transfer the total amount to the given e-mail address. Please note that we accept payments in Euro only.
On open account
Regular customers (with customer number) and public institutions can be delivered by payment on open account. Payment target is 14 days from invoice date without discount.

Delivery times and shipping costs

We ship with Deutsche Post AG and DHL. Therefore shipping costs and delivery times are divided in the following regions:

Germany
European Union (DHL zone 1)
Remaining Europe (DHL zone 2)
World 1 (DHL zone 3)
World 2 (DHL zone 4)

In the case that you wish another deliverer please inform us when ordering. We will inform you then as quickly as possible about additional shipping kosts. In this case please do not transfer any money before you get the final sum from us. Total shipping weights above 31,5kg cannot be shipped by DHL standard procedures. In this case we will contact you to find the best shipping conditions. Thank you very much!

If you own an european VAT Id we will ship excluding VAT as an "intra-Community supply of goods" after checking your data. Because in this case we need an export certificate we will send as registered letter or parcel so there are higher shipping costs. We will inform you about the additional costs.

Remaining Europe (DHL zone 2)

Shipping to non-EU countries generally excludes VAT. Because in this case we need an export certificate we will send as registered letter or parcel so there are higher shipping costs. The following overview includes all of our costs (of course not toll and VAT you have to pay).
